A national forum for neonatal phototherapy
We had a fantastic day at the Neonatal Phototherapy Service National Networking Forum, held at Birmingham City FC in collaboration with the Leicester Neonatal Homecare Team. The event brought together neonatal professionals from across the country to share experiences, exchange ideas and explore new approaches to neonatal phototherapy and care closer to home.
- Neonatal professionals from across the UK in one room
- Practical discussion on phototherapy services and how they are delivered
- A strong focus on homecare and care closer to home
- Shared learning between hospital and community neonatal teams
Supporting family-centred care
It was a pleasure to represent MIEKA and showcase our neonatal phototherapy solutions. Many of our conversations centred on family-centred care: how the right equipment can help keep babies and parents together wherever possible, both on the unit and at home.
- Phototherapy solutions designed with neonatal teams in mind
- Supporting care that keeps babies and parents together
- Helping services deliver treatment closer to home
- Listening to frontline feedback to shape how we support NHS teams
A huge thank you to the organisers, SBK Healthcare Events, to the Leicester Neonatal Homecare Team, and to everyone who visited our stand to share their experiences and discuss the future of neonatal phototherapy. We left with inspiring conversations, valuable connections and a shared commitment to improving outcomes for babies and their families. If you’d like to learn more about MIEKA’s neonatal phototherapy solutions or arrange a demonstration, please get in touch with our team.
